ABOUT ME

I lived and worked in Britain, United States, Spain and Italy.

I gained over 30 years of customer-centric international experience with organizations such as the Fiat Chrysler Group, American Airlines, and the British Embassy.

My multilingual experience of projects of large, medium, and one-to-one scale allowed me to work through three corporate global mergers, travel internationally to deliver training, but also handle arrangements for individual VIP executives and their families.

I obtained my English as a second language (ESL) teaching credential with Cambridge CELTA in Washington D.C. and have been teaching for language schools as well as independent professionals. 

Today I lead LCI, providing a single course contact for my clients and offering a variety of customized programs and services.
